Counselling Support
Over the course of the Winter 2023 semester, I have been spending my internship at the Chilliwack Youth Health Center as a counselling support and group therapy leader. During my time here I have had the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively on various projects.
The CYHC itself has two locations in Chilliwack, one at the Neighbourhood Learning Center and one at the Stó:lō Wellness Centre. Their mission is to provide free counselling and medical services to youth who are aged 12 to 26 years old.
